Position:
Full-Time Head Spa Therapist
$***** per hour + Superannuation
4 weeks paid annual leave
Ongoing professional training
Performance bonuses and staff incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver premium Korean Head Spa and scalp treatments
Provide exceptional customer service and personalised client care
Perform professional scalp analysis and explain treatment recommendations
Recommend suitable treatment packages and home care products based on each client's needs
Educate clients on how to use their home care products correctly to achieve the best possible results
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Maintain a clean, organised,



and professional clinic environment
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding client experiences
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional client experiences
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Provides outstanding customer service with genuine care and professionalism
Confident in recommending treatment packages and home care solutions
Accountable, reliable, honest, and punctual
Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
Well-presented and able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous beauty therapy,or head spa or massage experience is an advantage (full training provided)
