We're looking for an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead a large-scale organisational transformation program for one of Australia's leading organisations.
This chance will suit someone who has successfully delivered organisation-wide transformation initiatives involving people, technology, operating models and enterprise business change.
You'll partner with senior executives to plan and deliver a strategic transformation program impacting multiple business functions, systems and operating processes.
Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong governance capability and the confidence to lead complex enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive sponsors to define project scope and delivery approach.
Develop and manage the end-to-end delivery plan.
Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.
Manage project governance,
reporting, risks and dependencies.
Drive organisational readiness and successful implementation.
Develop repeatable delivery frameworks and playbooks.
You'll Bring
Significant experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
Proven success delivering organisational change or operating model transformation.
Strong executive stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing large cross-functional project teams.
Background delivering business and technology initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving capability.
