Support the day-to-day operations of a prominent retail brand
Open to Full Time or Part Time – 4 days per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Administration Manager to join our high-performing Retail Property Management team.
Based onsite in Penrith, this role will play a key part in driving administrative excellence, financial governance, and portfolio consistency across a national portfolio of retail assets.
Reporting to the National Portfolio Director, you will provide centralised oversight of key administration, reporting, compliance, and financial management processes while working closely with Centre Managers and key client stakeholders across Australia.
About the role
Oversee portfolio-wide administration, reporting, and compliance activities across a national retail property portfolio.
Manage key financial processes including arrears reporting, budgeting, outgoings audits, Capex reporting, and expense reviews.
Maintain accurate lease, rent review, insurance and property management records across the portfolio.
Partner with Centre Management teams to drive consistency, accountability, and best-practice processes across the portfolio.
Provide accurate and timely reporting and insights to the client and internal stakeholders.
Support portfolio planning initiatives, including team onboarding, training, and resource forecasting.
About you
Previous administration experience, ideally within retail property, lease administration or property accounting
Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
