Columbia Aged Care in Current South Wales is seeking a Quality and Governance Lead to drive clinical governance, lead regulatory engagements, and shape a culture of continuous learning across our homes.
You will translate data into actionable reports for the board and mentor teams to uplift governance maturity, with regular site visits across facilities.
AHPRA nursing registration and 3+ years in NSW aged care governance are preferred.
