About the Opportunity
Ready to lead quality on one of O'Brien's most significant transformation programs?
We're looking for a seasoned Test Lead to play a critical role in our enterprise-wide transformation program—a complex, multi-system initiative reshaping how we serve customers and support our frontline teams.
In this high-visibility role, you'll drive end-to-end test strategy, execution, and governance, ensuring every release is robust, fit-for-purpose, and ready for real-world operations.
You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, global teams (Belron), and delivery partners to enable confident go-live decisions while balancing pace, risk, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing across assigned workstreams (SIT, UAT, E2E, regression)
Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned to delivery milestones
Coordinate testing across business users, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators
Drive defect management, including triage, prioritisation, and resolution tracking
Ensure robust end-to-end validation of customer and operational journeys
Monitor and report on test progress, risks, quality metrics, and release readiness
Embed QA governance, leading test readiness and go/no-go decisions
Manage test environments and data to support realistic business scenarios
Act as the central point of accountability for testing across stakeholders
Champion continuous improvement and test automation
About You




Proven experience leading testing in large-scale enterprise or transformation programs
Solid knowledge of SIT, UAT, E2E, regression testing methodologies
Experience managing multi-workstream, multi-vendor environments
Expertise in balancing delivery pace with risk and quality control
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail (or similar)
A pragmatic, outcomes-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, PRINCE2 (desirable)
