We're looking for a
full-time Dental Assistant
to join our specialist team in Indooroopilly and be that steady, capable presence chairside every day.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
Providing chairside assistance across a range of orthodontic procedures
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, and keeping infection control and sterilisation standards on point
Supporting our clinicians so appointments run efficiently and patients feel well looked after
Helping patients (and often their parents) understand what's happening and why
Work collaboratively within a supportive and professional orthodontic team
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in orthodontics or a specialist practice
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
Solid knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
Confidence chairside and a calm,
reassuring manner with anxious patients
Solid communication skills and genuine attention to detail
A reliable, team-first attitude
