Key Responsibilities: Create exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat business and referrals.




Prepare accurate quotes and tailored solutions for sheds, patios and roofing projects.
Follow up leads and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, trades, homeowners and account customers.
Identify opportunities to grow sales through cross-selling and solution-based recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Contribute to branch success by achieving service and sales objectives.
Support a safe, collaborative and high-performing team environment.
