The Financial Lines team manages a significant portfolio of business and works collaboratively with brokers, insurers, solicitors and clients to navigate complex claims from notification through to resolution.

What will you be doing?
Manage an end-to-end portfolio of Financial Lines claims across Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber and other Claims Made classes
Liaise with clients, brokers, insurers, panel solicitors and other key stakeholders throughout the claims process
Review indemnity decisions and provide technical claims guidance
Monitor claim progress and provide proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to
improve claims processes
and operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering outstanding client service
What do you need?
Previous Financial Lines or Claims Made insurance experience is essential
Alternatively, a
legal background
with insurance litigation or Financial Lines exposure
Strong technical understanding of Professional Indemnity, Management Liability and/or Cyber claims
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex indemnity matters
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
