About the Role
We are looking for a
casual Retail Sales Assistant
who is confident, proactive, and genuinely enjoys talking to customers. This role is hands‐on and fast‐paced — perfect for someone who takes initiative, stays busy, and can naturally lead a conversation to a sale.
You will be responsible for delivering great customer service, recommending products, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations across our Pet Land stores.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and confidently start conversations
Recommend products and provide helpful, practical advice
Drive sales through genuine customer engagement
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
Restock shelves, unpack deliveries, and rotate stock
Process sales accurately through POS
Support the team by staying active and finding tasks without being asked

Physically capable of lifting bags up to 20kg

Retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
