The Role
Our Mareeba Rural Branch is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor, with a strong rural industry background to lead our warehouse team.
This hands‐on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment, leading a team by example, and delivering exceptional service to our farming customers.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain rural store front and ensures availability of merchandise
Ensure stock is ordered, stored, and sold in line with requirements
Correctly display product in store in line with marketing requirements
Schedule and assign tasks to employees working in the shop
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal and legislative requirements
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers
Protect employees and customers by maintaining a clean and protected store environment
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a supervisory role ideally in a Warehouse environment
Inventory management
Sales experience within the Rural Sector
Ability to motivate, mentor and develop team members




Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to manage staff effectively
Prior experience with loading and unloading of freight, ideally perishable goods
Excellent planning & organisational skills with good attention to detail
Flexibility, resilience with the ability to work with ever changing priorities
Solid computer skills
Well-developed communication skills
Current & valid Forklift licence
