Accounts Payable Officer - 6-month contract, could extend - $86K + (prorata)

The Role
4 days per week
8:00am - 4:00pm, in office
Immediate start available
Convenient location close to public transport, with street parking available
$86K + super (prorata)
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices and manage electronic filing systems
Support the rollout of a Procure-to-Pay platform
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and sign-offs




Prepare accounts payable reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end processes
Manage one-off and batch payment runs
Process staff reimbursements
Maintain fixed asset records
Oversee credit card processing
About You
Proven experience in Accounts Payable (school experience highly regarded)
Familiarity with TASS software is desirable
Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills and high level of IT proficiency
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
