This role contributes by:
Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and productive manner.
Developing and maintaining business relationships,



specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
