We're currently seeking an experienced Brisbane-based
Education and Digital Learning Officer
to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll build and manage GRAYA's internal learning environment, working with leaders and subject matter experts to develop structured learning pathways, online courses, live programs and practical resources that strengthen capability across the business.
This is a hands-on build and operate role covering learning strategy, content development, LMS administration, facilitation, learner support and community engagement.
The learning environment will be designed to grow with the business and support broader programs and audiences over time.
This role reports to the Executive Team.

What You'll Do
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs, priority learner groups and clear learning outcomes.
Design structured curricula, learning pathways and modular programs that can be updated and reused efficiently.




Develop online courses from discovery and storyboarding through to platform build, launch, evaluation and ongoing maintenance.
Lead the selection, setup, configuration and administration of the learning management system and supporting tools.
Create course outlines, scripts, workbooks, facilitator guides, assessments, templates and practical learning resources.
Manage learner access, enrolments, cohorts, permissions, notifications, certificates, platform updates and support requests.
Facilitate selected workshops, webinars, virtual sessions, onboarding programs and learning events.
Build an active learning community through useful communication, peer exchange, live sessions and responsive learner support.
Use participation, completion, engagement and feedback data to improve courses, delivery methods and the platform experience.
Maintain clear production standards, approvals, version control and processes covering privacy, copyright, accessibility and quality.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
At least four years of experience in learning design, instructional design, digital learning, education, capability development or a related field.
Demonstrated experience building online courses end-to-end, including curriculum design,



content development, platform build, launch and evaluation.
Hands-on experience implementing or administering an LMS or online course platform, including users, courses, cohorts, automations and reporting.
Strong knowledge of adult learning and learner experience principles, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical content.
Confidence using digital authoring, video, design or interactive learning tools, with sound awareness of accessibility and quality standards.
Experience facilitating learning, supporting participants and developing engagement within an online or skilled community.
Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, written communication and data interpretation skills.
Experience with customer, member or professional education is highly regarded, particularly where learning systems were built from the ground up.
