About the Role
The Catering Assistant Kitchenhand Cleaner level 2 assists in the provision of a high-quality food & beverage service by undertaking responsibility and duties additional to the level 1 tasks in specific areas of the service.
Responsibilities include:
Clean Kitchen equipment and appliances
Clean and sanitise bench tops, shelving, walls, backsplashes, cool rooms and drains.
Wash dishes, pots, trays and utensils
Removal of rubbish from the kitchen areas
Sweep and clean floor areas with a mop or a floor scrubber.
About You
You take pride in delivering quality service, work well with others and can follow instructions to keep things running smoothly.
Strong literacy skills
Able to interpret work instructions, menus, policies and procedures




Communicate effectively with a range of people
Work well in a team and adapt positively to change
