The School Excellence directorate brings together policy, implementation and priority work to deliver on Our Plan for Public Education and support schools in their ongoing pursuit of excellence.
The School Excellence Framework supports all NSW public schools in their pursuit of equity and excellence by clearly outlining what is valued as excellence in schools, both now and into the future.
All schools have areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
The School Excellence directorate focuses on those school practices that evidence shows are most directly related to continuous, school-wide improvement and better student outcomes.
About the position
The Leader, Collaborative Support for Unique Settings (CSUS) leads and delivers support to schools in small and unique settings, building the capability of school leaders to plan,



implement and evaluate evidence-informed practices aligned to the School Excellence Framework (SEF).
The role contributes to system improvement by leveraging expertise to support broader school excellence planning and capability across the system.

Total Remuneration Package: $248,134.
Package includes salary ($194,865 - $218,910), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
