Business Analyst / Project Coordinator
Whizdom Recruitment is partnering with a leading education sector organisation to deliver a major digital transformation program focused on replacing and modernising a virtual lab workplace.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Coordinator who enjoys working across business analysis, project delivery and change management to drive successful outcomes in a complex technology environment.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to support the implementation of a cloud-based platform while helping establish the operating model, governance and reporting frameworks required for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project delivery activities, including schedules, risks, issues and dependencies
Facilitate workshops and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements
Support testing, validation and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery outcomes
Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and change management activities
Define service operating models, governance frameworks, support arrangements and performance measures
Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting to support operational insights and decision-making
Key Skills
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/Project Coordinator on complex technology initiatives
Experience supporting SaaS or cloud platform implementations in enterprise environments
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis capabilities
Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change, stakeholder engagement and adoption activitiesExperience defining service operating models, governance structures and support processes
Strong communication, facilitation and Power BI reporting skills
Highly Desirable
Higher Education or Government sector experience
Experience supporting SaaS procurement and implementation projects
Exposure to digital learning platforms, virtual lab environments or similar cloud-based services
Experience with service transition and operational readiness activities

$800 per day (Negotiable)
