Job Description

As a Showroom Administrator with e&s;,



you'll be the welcoming face of our Geelong showroom, supporting customers and the team through a mix of customer service and administration. Every day will bring something different, from greeting customers to managing vital behind-the-scenes processes that keep our showroom running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phoneProcessing payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entryCoordinating deliveries and providing after-sales supportAssisting the team with general showroom administrationHelping create a seamless and professional customer experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre, or sales experience welcomed)Excellent communication skills—both written and verbalStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environmentA collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitudeComfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn
