Assistant Educator (Certificate III)

About the Role
As an Assistant Educator, you will work alongside our Lead Educators and Centre Director to create engaging learning experiences that support each child's individual development. You will play an significant role in fostering a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment while building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the delivery of play-based learning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Assisting with children's daily routines and learning experiences
Building warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children and families
Contributing to observations, documentation and programming
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised learning environment
Working collaboratively as part of a positive and professional team
Promoting the health, safety and wellbeing of every child in our care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher), approved by ACECQA




Minimum two years' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting (preferred)
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
