We are seeking a passionate and motivated
Restaurant Supervisor
to join the team at The Plaza Hotel Kalgoorlie. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager you will play a key role in the day to day operations of the restaurant ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience while supporting the team.
Responsibilities:
Supervising daily restaurant operations and leading service shifts
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest enquiries.
Ensuring compliance with food and workplace health and safety standards
Monitoring service quality and maintaining presentation standards




Assisting with stock control; and operational procedures
About You:
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Current RSA or Approved Manager Licence
