We are seeking an experienced Onsite Project Administrator to join our project team on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster for the duration of this two-year construction project. Working closely with site leadership, contractors, and project stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration and coordination of site operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate workforce mobilisation and demobilisation.
Arrange site accommodation, travel, and roster schedules.
Maintain workforce and visitor registers.
Assist with onboarding and induction administration for current personnel.
Support workforce compliance requirements and documentation.
Maintain subcontractor and supplier records.
Assist with project cost tracking and reporting.
Compile weekly and monthly project reports.
Update project trackers, dashboards, and databases.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and site leadership team.
Qualifications:
Experience in project administration, preferably in a construction FIFO environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills




Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIntermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency
Knowledge of other relevant software such as Procore, Employment Hero, SharePoint & ApprovalMax
