What you'll do
Define and implement a design strategy that prioritizes growth outcomes.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior designers and design managers.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to influence product roadmaps.
Promote an AI-first, prototype-heavy methodology for solving complex design problems.
Create and maintain design quality standards that function across diverse product surfaces.
Use data and experimentation to improve user activation, retention, and engagement.
Drive alignment across the company to ensure a unified end-to-end experience.
Requirements




Proven background in product-led growth, specifically within B2C SaaS environments.
Demonstrated ability to connect high-level design vision with measurable business impact.
Experience managing and developing other design leaders.
Proficiency in hands-on design and prototyping, with the ability to provide actionable craft feedback.
Strong data literacy and the ability to use insights to inform design decisions.
Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.

Experience scaling design processes across multiple product groups.
