Product Listing Coordinator

We're after a Product Listing Coordinator to take the reins on how our products show up online - from the first upload to the moment a customer hits "buy."
At Wild Earth, we stock the best brands in adventure gear and share our customers' passion for getting out there. Now we need someone to make sure every product looks the part, ranks well, and answers questions before they're even asked.
What you'll actually be doing
You'll own the creation, SEO and merchandising of product listings across every online sales channel - website, marketplaces and in-store systems.
That means:
Building accurate, complete, search-optimised listings in Neto and keeping the pipeline moving fast for recent-season and priority stock
Writing product copy, titles and metadata that rank organically and match how customers actually search
Curating collection pages, filters, navigation and on-site search so the right products are easy to find
Running catalogue audits to squash missing attributes, broken imagery, duplicate content and dodgy pricing
Merchandising for seasonal campaigns, promotions, bundles and clearance
Coordinating in-house and offshore admin assistants and quality-checking their work




Chasing suppliers for assets and keeping the product data library tidy
Partnering with buying, marketing, tech and customer service to keep everything joined up
You'll thrive here if you have
Solid product listing / catalogue management experience in retail or ecommerce
Hands‐on time with Neto or similar (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento)
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals like keywords, metadata, URL structure, content
Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort with bulk CSV imports and big data sets
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Great copywriting and communication skills
The ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and hit deadlines in a fast‐moving environment
Searchspring or similar search/merchandising platforms
Experience with Semrush or similar SEO tools
Inventory systems like Unleashed, or product feeds (Google Merchant Centre, marketplaces)
Google Search Console, GA4 or similar analytics
Experience coordinating offshore resources
Using AI tools to streamline content and data workflows
A love of the outdoors - camping, hiking, all of it
