National Networks Plus (NNP), a trusted not-for-profit staffing agency in aged care, Home Care, and Community services, is looking for a Workforce Planner â Rostering to join our dynamic scheduling team.

About the Role
As a Workforce Planner â Rostering, you will be the frontline contact for clients and staff, ensuring shifts are filled efficiently and effectively.
You'll play a key role in supporting NNP's service delivery by creating well-coordinated rosters, responding to urgent client needs, and providing a positive experience for both clients and staff.
This role suits someone who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys building meaningful relationships with both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for client roster and staffing requests.
Coordinate rosters for Community (Disability & Youth), Aged Care, and Home Care services using best practice staffing strategies.
Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency staffing needs.
Liaise with staff and clients via phone, email, and SMS to ensure clear, timely communication.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to build strong, ongoing relationships.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and rostering priorities.

Support general office operations and assist with phones, emails, and administrative tasks as needed.
Contribute to WHS compliance and continuous improvement of rostering processes.
Take a proactive approach to staff engagement by offering shift opportunities respectfully and equitably.
What You Bring to the Role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills â phone and written.
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under time pressure.
A client-first mindset and passion for delivering excellent service.
Organised, solution-focused, and reliable in managing competing priorities.
Tech-savvy, comfortable using scheduling systems, emails, and SharePoint.
Ability to remain calm and proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Experience working in an agency or health/community services environment.
Understanding of rostering principles and workforce KPIs.
Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination.
