Strive Community Care provides therapeutic home environments for children and young people with histories of complex trauma, abuse and neglect. We are seeking multiple new team members for Perm Part time (min 40 or 60-hour fortnight) and Casual Therapeutic Care Workers in the Toowoomba region to support healing journeys in therapeutic homes.
Workers mentor children in OOHC through the WeStrive Mentoring Program, rotate across a 24/7 roster with sleepovers, weekends, and holidays, and contribute
