We're on the hunt for a Senior Services Coordinator to work on some of the most exciting commercial construction projects in Victoria right now! Our client have spent more than 20 years building some of Victoria's most respected education, government, community, commercial and heritage projects.

About the role
You'll become the technical lead for building services on your projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure every service is coordinated, programmed and delivered successfully.
From design reviews and procurement through to commissioning and handover, you'll help drive quality outcomes while solving problems before they become construction issues.
You'll influence projects—not just follow them.
Experience needed to be successful
Someone who has experience coordinating services on commercial construction projects.
Understands mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services.
Can confidently engage consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
Thinks ahead, communicates clearly and enjoys solving problems.
Takes ownership and wants to be part of a team-oriented team.
Whether your experience comes from a commercial builder, services contractor or engineering consultancy, we'd love to hear from you.
Would ideally have qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
