Located in the heart of Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, Turtle Beach Resort is currently seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent who is motivated and committed to providing exceptional service.

In office training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant.
Duties include:
Operation of PMS i.e. Property Management System (Currently utilising REI Cloud).
Support guest queries and action, as required.
Process guest arrivals and departures.
Input bookings.
Attend to daily emails.
Balance EFTPOS and banking at end of shift.
Troubleshoot guest complaints, where required
Maintain communication with relevant departments e.g. Maintenance, Housekeeping, Activities, Administration etc.
Personal Specifications
Current First Aid, CPR, and/or Blue Card not mandatory, but highly regarded.
Professional presentation and work ethic.
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
Efficient understanding of Microsoft Office programs and functions.
Ability to operate property management system.
Ability to work morning and night shifts on a 7-day rotating roster.
Team focused with the ability to work autonomously.

*Please note, 'Hours Available Per Week' refers to the number of hours we endeavour to offer where business demands permit. Casual employee are engaged by the hour and do not have a guaranteed minimum or set number of rostered hours per week. The allocation of shifts is discretionary and determined by a range of operational, individual, and business factors.
