We are currently looking for a motivated 1st Year Sheet Metal Apprentice to join our growing workshop team based in Prestons NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a hands‐on career in the HVAC and sheet metal industry with full training provided in a supportive workshop environment.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm
Some Saturdays available (frequent-ish overtime opportunities)
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components from drawings and specifications
Operate sheet metal machinery including guillotines, folders, rollers, notchers, presses,



and plasma/CNC equipment
Assemble rectangular and spiral ductwork systems
Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal materials
Install flanges, stiffeners, dampers, and duct accessories
Ensure all fabricated ductwork meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Assist with loading, unloading, and material preparation
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
Complete work within production schedules

Positive attitude and willing to take direction
Strong work ethic
Interest in fabrication, manufacturing, or trades
No experience necessary — just a willingness to learn and show up ready to work.
