Metricon is seeking a Trainee Site Manager to learn and independently run busy site operations in and around Sydney's central areas including Hornsby, Chatswood, North Sydney and Dee Why. You will supervise trades, ensure quality, timelines and OH&S; compliance on Metricon homes.
You will be trained to manage client relationships during build, coordinate with the Construction Manager, and drive defect-free delivery while promoting a positive site culture.
