Freemont Business Solutions is a thriving bookkeeping firm with a solid reputation built from our incomparable standard and level of service provided to our clients. Due to our continued growth an exciting opportunity now exists for another Bookkeeper to join our successful team and evolving business.
The successful candidate will be required to support our team of bookkeepers and accountants to deliver high quality service to our portfolio of clients, across a variety of industries.
Tasks include, but are not limited to;
Processing bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts
Processing payroll
Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Preparing financial reports including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements
Manipulating spreadsheet data to produce accurate management reporting
Ensuring compliance with Tax Office obligations
Liaising with various staff members, clients and suppliers
Skills required to fulfil this role include;
3 years of prior bookkeeping experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Xero and MYOB in both data entry and file creation or template customization
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Robust communication skills (both written and verbal)
Self-motivated
High attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick to learn
Be able to work autonomously or as part of a team
Permanent residency or Australian citizenship is required for this position

This is a part time role 2 days per week. We will happily accommodate flexibility in preferred days and structure of days for a quality candidate however this is a strictly an in office role, no work from home arrangement will be considered. A competitive salary will be offered commensurate with your experience.
