1.ProvideEnd-to-End Test Setting consultation throughout the Testing phases.
2.TestEnvironment Management Strategy creation along with Client Stakeholders.
3.Testenvironment landscape mapping; health-check setup and monitoring.
4.EnterpriseRelease coordination and tracking.
5.Triageand resolution support for Incident, Problem and Service Requests.
6.Extensiveexperience on one of the ITSM process and associated ticketing tools(ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
7.ITILcertification is preferred.
Minimum years of experience = 8 years
