THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking enthusiastic
Food & BeverageAttendants
to join our team based in Olympic Park. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
Serving beverages and food in a timely and professional manner
Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue
ABOUT YOU
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes, experience and skills:
Must have a current RSA andRCG certification (ARCG highly regarded)
Previous bar and gaming experience
Strong communication skills & team player
Availability to work nights, weekends and Public Holidays
Ability to work across multiple locations in Western Sydney
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
