Utilise your spellbinding marketing skills to strategise and create campaigns and advertisements to attract candidates and new clients
Make the telephone your best friend, thoroughly screen applicants and existing candidates within the database
Lead captivating interviews to develop positive relationships and truly understand your candidates
Define yourself as a Recruiter Guru. Source and engage candidates for vacancies that aren't necessarily ready to apply.
Smash your KPI's out of the park, they'll be achievable but accomplishing them will feel truly rewarding.
Demonstrate and drive a genuine commitment to safety through our 'Teaming up for Zero' safety culture.
Help out with the less fun stuff - Data entry,
compliance etc - I got bored typing it.
