This role blends direct case work, capacity-building, and community connection within a supportive and culturally safe team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive, trusting relationships with families and individuals.Support clients to develop practical life skills at home and in the community.Identify barriers and collaborate with families and stakeholders to address them.Maintain accurate case notes and ensure all data is recorded as per program requirements.Strengthen links between families, community groups, cultural networks, and support services.About YouYou genuinely care about people, value cultural respect, and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced community setting.
You bring:A relevant qualification OR experience in human services, community work, family support, or a related field.Understanding of vulnerable children, young people, and families,



including trauma, attachment, and child development.Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and diverse cultural groups.Ability to work as part of a supportive team and travel within the region as required.Essential RequirementsCurrent C Class Driver's LicenceNational Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)Working With Children Check (valid and current)NDIS Worker Screening Check (valid and current)Why Join NBAC?
