Harris Farm Markets is a field-based safety and compliance role spanning our NSW/ACT store network. You'll spend most of your time on the shop floor coaching Store and Area Managers to enforce WHS and food safety, investigate incidents and drive sustainable improvements.
You'll hold a WHS qualification (Certificate IV or Diploma) and a proven track record of coaching frontline teams. A Food Safety Supervisor certification is a bonus, and travel across stores is required in this family-owned
