We are seeking an experienced and highly organised
Executive Assistant
to join Sheldon College.
Reporting directly to the Principal, you will provide high-level executive support and play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the Principal's Office. You will proactively manage the Principal's priorities, diary and key communications, coordinate College Board, Executive and governance meetings, prepare executive correspondence, reports and presentations, and act as a trusted liaison with senior leaders, staff, parents and external stakeholders. You will exercise sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality while anticipating operational needs, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring the Principal is well prepared for key engagements.
This role includes responsibility for student safety and wellbeing, requiring compliance with the College's Child Safe Standards, policies and procedures, and all relevant legislative and duty of care obligations.

About you
Demonstrated experience in a senior Executive Assistant or similar executive support role
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Be proactive in managing the work of the Principal
Experience supporting senior executives, Boards and leadership teams
Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports and presentations
Ability to exercise sound judgement, initiative, discretion and confidentiality
Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive and adaptable with a collaborative approach
Experience with TASS or similar information management systems is desirable.
