Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a full time Ground & Maintenance Supervisor at our A'Vina Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll lead the Grounds and Maintenance team to keep the site looking its best and resolve issues quickly, creating exceptional experiences for guests and residents.
You'll oversee upkeep of public spaces, gardens, repairs, and safety, manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with WHS standards.
