As a key member of our paint department, you'll work closely with our painters and production team to ensure every repair leaves the workshop to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing vehicles and panels for paint.
Sanding, masking and priming.
Buffing and polishing completed repairs.
Completing final quality inspections.
Assisting our spray painters to maintain efficient workflow.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe paint shop.
Working collaboratively with the team to consistently deliver exceptional repairs.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in automotive paint preparation and buffing.
Produces consistently high-quality workmanship.
Takes pride in every repair.
Works well within a team environment.
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Is reliable, punctual and skilled.
Wants to be part of a business committed to excellence.
Experience working with prestige vehicles is highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
