About the Role
Oasis Leisure Products is seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up sales opportunities and helping customers select the right product for their home and lifestyle.
You will manage customer enquiries from the initial contact through to purchase, delivery and after-sales follow-up.
You will work independently within the showroom while also being supported by a collaborative national retail team.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Increasing product sales, expanding the customer base and achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
Developing relationships with existing and prospective customers through professional, ethical and customer-focused sales practices.
Responding to and following up customer enquiries received by telephone, email, CRM and face-to-face.
Providing customers with accurate product information and assisting them to select products suited to their needs.
Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the sales, delivery and handover process.
Preparing and maintaining accurate customer records, quotations, purchase agreements and sales documentation.
Maximizing the effective use of the company's CRM system, including recording customer communication and completing lead follow-up activities.
Providing management with sales updates, reports, customer feedback, sales trends and relevant market information.
Maintaining an attractive, organized and professional showroom environment.
Ensuring showroom displays and products are clean,



presentable and in good working order.
Assisting with site visits, product handovers and delivery coordination when required.
Following up customers after delivery to ensure they are satisfied with their product and overall experience.
Ensuring the showroom and its facilities remain functional, secure and operate smoothly.
Implementing company sales, customer service and after-sales policies and procedures.
Supporting the implementation and development of new retail projects and sales initiatives.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
Robust problem-solving, time-management and organizational abilities.
Confidence in following up enquiries and converting leads into sales.
The ability and willingness to learn all aspects of our products and services.
Strong computer skills and the ability to confidently use CRM and sales systems.
The ability to work autonomously while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative team.
A professional, reliable and proactive approach to your work.




A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, as the role may require attendance at customer sites.
The confidence to attend customer sites, conduct site visits and provide exceptional customer service.
A current forklift license, or the willingness and ability to obtain one.
Experience within the spa, pool, home improvement, outdoor living or other high-value retail industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
Availability
This position requires availability across both weekdays and weekends.
Applicants must be willing and able to work regular weekend shifts as part of the showroom roster.
