We have been awarded further open pit works at our Norseman Gold Project, and seeking multiple Supervisors to establish recent crews and additional fleet on site.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in leading a 1-2 dig unit operations (PC**********'s)
A practical, hands on approach in the field
Proven experience leading teams in open pit gold mining activities




A calm approach to leadership of people and fostering of teamwork
A commitment to safety - identifying and rectifying hazards, minimizing risk and returning the team home safely at the end of the shift
Day to day use and Troubleshooting experience in GPS systems an advantage
A desire to upskill crew members and engage in their personal development
Essential Criteria:
WA Statutory Supervisor Qualifications - Exam & Modules a MUST!
Able to pass Pre Employment Medical & Drug Testing
Current WA Drivers License
Police Clearance for gold site access
Full time employment is offered working a 2&1 FIFO roster, with full camp facilities on offer.
