The Role
You will take full operational leadership across the venue, including:
Full P&L; accountability and commercial performance (labour, COGS, margins and revenue optimisation)
Leadership across front and back of house teams, building a high-performing hospitality culture
Service standards, guest experience and operational excellence across every department
Events, entertainment and community activations that strengthen reputation and drive repeat business
Recruitment, training, mentoring and succession planning—building future leaders




Stakeholder management across ownership, suppliers and key local partnerships
Systems, compliance, gaming operations and overall venue performance
This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role.
You will set the tone, drive the standard and build accountability into the day-to-day while creating an environment where both guests and team members genuinely want to spend their time.
About You
A proven General Manager or senior Venue Manager from a premium, high-volume hospitality environment
Experienced leading complex operations with multiple revenue streams
Commercially disciplined and financially literate—you know your numbers and act on them
Calm under pressure during major trading periods with a consistent leadership presence
Highly visible, guest-focused and passionate about exceptional hospitality
Strong in recruitment, mentoring and performance management
Experienced driving events, entertainment and community engagement
Structured, organised and detail-driven
Big on culture—and even bigger on accountability
This role will not suit first-time General Managers.
