About the Role
As a HVAC Service Estimator reporting to the Senior Estimator you will:
Prepare HVAC maintenance proposals and contract renewals
Support commercial tenders and pricing submissions
Liaise with service teams, managers and subcontractors
Review scopes, pricing schedules and project documents
Coordinate deadlines and submission requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed
Commercial HVAC or mechanical experience
Experience in estimating, pricing or tender administration
Robust computer literacy and attention to detail
Analyse pricing data and commercial documentation
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Located North of the River | Australian Citizen or PR
