We are currently looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our beautiful team, whether you're a new graduate looking for strong mentoring and support, or an experienced therapist ready to feel valued again.

$120,000 – $147,000 package
Up to $22,000 bonus opportunities
$5,000 annual PD + supervision budget
12.5% superannuation

About the Role
You'll work alongside our multidisciplinary team supporting children aged 0–18 and their families through meaningful, evidence-based therapy.
Your week may include:
• Assessments & intervention
• Parent coaching
• Group programs
• Collaborative MDT planning
• Home programs
• Supervision of AHAs
• Helping families feel seen, heard, and supported
And no, you won't be drowning in admin while someone tells you to "just fit one more client in."
