About the Opportunity
We're looking for passionate and reliable Casual Educators to join our growing team at Panda Early Learning Centre Joondanna.

As a Casual Educator,



you'll work alongside our experienced leadership team and educators to provide exceptional education and care, create meaningful learning experiences, and contribute to a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
As a Casual Educator, you will:
Build warm, respectful, and responsive relationships with children and their families.
Support the implementation of engaging educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Supervise and care for children while ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
Assist with daily routines including meals, sleep, hygiene, indoor and outdoor experiences, and transitions.
Work collaboratively with educators and the leadership team to maintain high-quality educational practices.
Maintain a safe, clean, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Follow the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and Panda's policies and procedures.
Contribute positively to the centre culture through teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Champion Panda's values of Consistency, Respect, Intentionality, Collaboration, and Speaking Up in everything you do.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards one).
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.




Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting (desirable but not essential).
A current Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS), or a willingness to continue learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
A genuine commitment to providing exceptional education and care for children.
