About Us
Exciting times ahead at Barwon Sports Physiotherapy with the recent opening of our Ocean Grove clinic in **** and impending opening of a new warehouse space in South Geelong in September ****.
Both locations feature an extensive rehabilitation space with state of the art assessment technology (force plate/load cells, Nordboard etc) and gym equipment, allowing us to deliver high-quality physiotherapy, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning services to both the Geelong and Bellarine communities.
We are a team of highly qualified allied health professionals offering Physiotherapy services both in-clinic and with our associated sporting teams and community partners.
Our team of physiotherapists have post-graduate qualifications in Sports Physiotherapy and/or Strength and Conditioning and we work very collaboratively to achieve great outcomes for our clients.
The Opportunity
Physiotherapist part-time
We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our growing team, with options for part-time or full-time employment in our Ocean Grove or Geelong clinics or split across both clinics.
The role offers great variety with the opportunity to work with
Sporting/athletic populations
General musculoskeletal complaints
Post-surgical rehab
Chronic musculoskeletal conditions
Running exercise rehab group classes
Sporting club training and game day roles
As a member of our growing team, you will have access to regular inservice, PD support with experienced staff and an opportunity to establish yourself in a growing clinic.
About You
The candidate will ideally have at least 3 years experience with exposure to private practice, musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy.
There is flexibility in days/hours and location (Geelong or Ocean Grove).
You may be required to work independently at times and as part of our multidisciplinary team.
You'll need
Interest in sporting and musculoskeletal injuries
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
AHPRA Registered
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Ideally 3+ years of experience
Ability to work independently
