Here at Linear, we work with some of the worlds biggest pharmaceutical companies and research organisations to conduct clinical trials supporting the advancement of new treatments and drugs in medicine.
We have two state-of-the art clinical trial centres based in Perth and due to lots of exciting growth, are looking for an additional Clinical Resource Coordinator to support the team during our period of growth.
This is a full-time position based in Joondalup, working 37.5 hours per week.
Your Role in Our Future
As Clinical Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical resources, operational scheduling, and workforce planning to support the successful delivery of clinical trials across our Early Phase Clinic.
This role focuses on ensuring studies are appropriately resourced, clinic operations run efficiently, and staffing, scheduling, and task management systems are maintained accurately.
Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and maintain clinic, laboratory, and medical team rosters to ensure studies are appropriately staffed and resourced.
- Maintain and proactively update operational scheduling systems, dashboards, clinic bed plans, and resource allocation tools to support productive clinic delivery.
- Monitor clinic, physician, and laboratory availability to facilitate participant appointment scheduling and operational changes as required.
- Assess operational capacity and provide recommendations regarding the feasibility of scheduling requests and study requirements.
- Administer and maintain Task Pads, including creation, updates,



timeline management, template development, and task allocation to support study execution.
- Identify training and resourcing gaps, anticipate operational challenges, and implement solutions to support study delivery and business needs.
Your Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities.
You'll have exceptional attention to detail, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to confidently coordinate resources across several concurrent projects.
You must also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience coordinating schedules, resources, rosters, or operational activities within a busy environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing schedules, systems, and administrative processes.
- Confidence using computer systems, databases, spreadsheets, and planning tools to maintain accurate operational information




- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
