Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our document management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless collaboration.
Your key contributions will include:
Coordinating, receiving, processing, and distributing client, vendor, and internal documentation, drawings, transmittals, and engineering deliverables in a timely manner.
Managing document workflows, including document registration, classification, review, distribution, tracking, retrieval, and filing.
Maintaining document registers and conducting audits to ensure metadata accuracy and consistency.
Controlling the issuance and distribution of drawings and documentation in accordance with project requirements and distribution matrices.
Ensuring compliance with Document Control procedures, standards, and project-specific document management requirements.




Providing guidance and training to project teams and stakeholders on InEight Document (Teambinder), document management processes, and approved templates.
Monitoring and maintaining shared project inboxes to ensure document-related correspondence is actioned and tracked appropriately.
Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring documentation is stored, controlled, and archived in accordance with organisational and project requirements.
Providing support to departments on system use, including possible training.
Bring YOUR skills to be part of the solution
Experience as a Document Controller or in a similar discipline
A keen eye for detail and proactive mindset
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience with implementing or working with TeamBinder desirable
High competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
A balance of autonomy and teamwork
