This
appointment offers a Fixed-Term Full time contract with the
possibility of contract extension(s) and/or permanency.

Whilst this
selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy,

decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most
suitable applicant may also be selected from this process.
Both of
these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from
when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment
decision.
About the
Opportunity
This position
leads and co-ordinates clerical services within a designated area,




including the co-ordination and supervision of clerical staff and
the maintenance of professional standards.

Suitability
Criteria

Extensive secretarial and administrative experience

Previous experience in a health or medical
environment

Knowledge of Mental Health Applications i.e. PSOLIS

High level word processing skills and experience in the
use of excel and the advance capabilities

Experience in the supervision of clerical staff

The East
Metropolitan Health Service comprises an extensive hospital and

health and wellbeing of more than 828,000 Western Australians

Service is a fully accredited public hospital
located 10km from the Perth CBD and forms part of the Royal
Perth Bentley Mount Lawley Group.
BHS provides quality
healthcare to the community, specialising in the delivery of
rehabilitation, community child and adolescent health, mental
health care and aged care services.

includes specialist outpatient services, Allied Health, General
Surgery, Ophthalmology,



Gynaecology and Urology.
