Qualifications & experience
Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia through APHRA.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Demonstrated experience completing Functional Capacity and Assistive Technology Assessments (deidentified work samples may be required during interview process).




Demonstrated experience preparing comprehensive clinical reports and supporting documentation for NDIS funding and review processes.
Experience in assistive technology prescription.
Experience supervising current graduates and other Occupational Therapists (for the Senior role).
Experience working with a range of intellectual, developmental and psychosocial disabilities.
Experience managing your own calendar to ensure timeframes and deadlines are met.
Tasks & responsibilities
Work collaboratively to conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify participant strengths, support needs and goals.
Develop and implement person-centred therapy programs that build independence, wellbeing and participation in daily life.
Provide evidence-based interventions to support participants with self-care, daily living, sensory regulation, social participation, community access, and skill development.
Prepare high-quality clinical reports, funding submissions, support recommendations, and progress reports in line with NDIS requirements.
Adherence to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
Participate in professional development, supervision, and continuous quality improvement activities.
