We are seeking an experienced
Supervisor
to join our results-driven, friendly, and supportive team in our WA office, currently based in Burswood and soon relocating to Osborne Park.
Key Responsibilities:
Scoping & Quoting:
Carry out scoping and quoting of jobs both on and off site, as required by clients.
Resource Coordination:
Oversee the coordination and allocation of resources across all jobs to ensure efficient delivery.
Team & Contractor Management:
Engage, supervise, and coordinate in-house trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Project Delivery:
Monitor job progress to ensure all works are completed on time and within budget.
Client Liaison:
Communicate with clients regarding job progress, updates, and any issues as they arise.
Compliance & Quality:
Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
Site Leadership:
Conduct regular pre-starts, site inspections, and Toolbox Meetings to maintain safety and performance standards.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and any issues encountered on site.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Project Management
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience in project management and project works.




Team Leadership:
Proven experience managing internal teams and coordinating contractors.
Project Delivery:
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects or services to required standards within agreed timeframes.
Safety Awareness:
Strong knowledge and commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Time Management:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Systems & IT:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management systems (e.g. Simpro).
