This position is classified
as a PACS Band 4 ($74,035 - $80,838 per annum) under
the City of Kwinana's structured remuneration
system.

OfferAn exciting opportunity exists for a highly
organised and customer-focused administration professional to join
the Human Resources team within the Office of the CEO.
This exciting and
challenging opportunity now exists at the City of Kwinana as a
result of consideration to further emphasize and align the
importance of our most valuable resource – it's people.
Reporting
to the HR Development Coordinator, you will help us to continue to
achieve a culture that values both the professional and personal
development of our employees.
As our new Development and
Wellbeing Administration Officer, you'll work closely with
employees across the organisation, external training providers and
other stakeholders to help deliver programs that support the
health, wellbeing and professional development of our workforce.
.
You will play an important role in coordinating training,
supporting employee wellbeing initiatives, assisting with workers'
compensation administration and ensuring accurate HR records and
systems are maintained.
This role is ideal for
someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys juggling a
variety of tasks and takes pride in providing exceptional
administrative support while contributing to a positive workplace
culture.

What
You'll NeedTo make an impact in this role, the
successful candidate will possess:
Previous
experience working within in a similar environment.
Well-developed
organisational, time management and communication skills and
highly developed interpersonal skills.
Well-developed computer
literacy skills.
Ability
to work in a team and provide high quality of customer
service.
Ability
to utilise, maintain, and optimise HRIS-related computer
applications and databases.
Qualification in Human
Resources Management, Health Science or equivalent.
Qualification in TAE or
relevant training experience (desirable).
Previous
experience and knowledge of relevant HR and Learning
software.
Knowledge of
contemporary human resources issues and WHS
(desirable).
Possession of a National
Police Clearance.
